Reservation and Deposit
- Reservation Deposit:
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve your preferred date and time.
Tours and Appointments
- Tours:
- Tours of our facilities are available by appointment only.
- Tour times are Monday to Friday at 12pm and 6pm.
Vendor Policies
- Vendor Freedom:
- You have the freedom to bring your own catering, DJ, photographer, and videographer.
- Sound Equipment:
- If you require sound equipment provided by Taj Mahal Philadelphia, an additional fee of $500 will apply.
Fees
- Cleaning Fee:
- A cleaning fee of $400 is applicable to all rentals.
- Grand Ballroom Rental Fee:
- The rental fee is $3,000 for a 6-hour block, which includes 1 hour for setup, 4 hours for the event, and 1 hour for breakdown.
- The grand ballroom comfortably seats 200 guests.
- Tables and chairs are provided by Taj Mahal Philadelphia.
- Lobby Rental Fee:
- The lobby rental fee is $1,800.
- The lobby can hold up to 100 people with tables and chairs arranged tightly or 75 people comfortably.
- Extended Time:
- If you require more time for your event, please request approval from our Board of Directors.
Venue Details

- The rental fee includes access to both the lobby and the grand ballroom.
Lobby and Deck Rentals
- Lobby and Deck Availability:
- The lobby and deck areas are available when the grand ballroom is not rented, as the lobby serves as the bathrooms and holding area for the grand ballroom.
Vendor Coordination

- Please inform us during the booking process if you will be using vendors, as this affects setup and access to internet and power.
Discounts
- Discounts Available:
- Discounts are available for students, law enforcement personnel, non-profit organizations, veterans, and events related to a repass or death in the family.
